Tai Chi for Beginners
Tai chi is a gentle exercise that is low in impact and high in reward. It is often described as meditation in motion as it promotes a sense of stillness and calm through gentle, flowing movements. These slow and careful movements continuously shift your centre of gravity subtly training your balance and awareness. This class is for beginners and is suitable for all fitness levels and improves balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
